The Archbishop Walsh Academy Annual Alumni Reunion 2022 is fast-approaching! Reunion festivities will be Saturday, Aug. 6, 2022 with a full slate scheduled to reconnect with old friends and celebrate being treasured members of the Walsh Family.
We’re excited to be honoring the 50-year Archbishop Walsh Class of 1972. We’ll also celebrate 5- and 10-year classes all the way back to the beginning.
The 2022 Reunion honored classes are:
’17, ’12, ’07, ’02, ’97, ’92, ’87, ’82, ’77, ’72, ’67, ’62.
Of course, members of all classes are welcome (and encouraged) to attend. Sign up now and enjoy the festivities! Here’s what we have on tap:
The Annual Alumni Banquet will be held from 6-10 pm Saturday, Aug. 6 at the Fairway View Pavilion (adjacent to St. Bonaventure Golf Course). Hors ‘d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served.
Cost will be $45 per person/$80 per couple.
The program will feature:
Sit back. Enjoy some food and drinks. Reminisce with old friends. Celebrate being a Walsh Eagle!
The Archbishop Walsh Alumni Golf Tournament will be held at 9 am Saturday, Aug. 6 at St. Bonaventure Golf Course (3398 NY-417, Allegany, NY 14706). The format will be an 18-hole, 4-player scramble (best ball).
A cost of $30 per person/$120 per team must be paid at the course the day of the tournament. Register your team no later than Wednesday, Aug. 3 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each team will receive a swag bag including gifts for participating. Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin on Hole 6 and longest drive on Hole 3.
Has it been a while since you’ve visited? Well, we’ll open the doors and let you check out what’s familiar – and new – about your old stomping grounds. The Open House & Tours, from 1-4 pm, will be led by Walsh/STCS administration, teachers and incoming seniors of the Class of 2023.
Every year we celebrate the legacy of our alumni and bring our Eagles home to the nest. It’s the perfect chance to reminisce with old friends about your time spent at Archbishop Walsh. Perhaps you most fondly remember the sports and student-led organizations. Perhaps you even remember working on the old Walsh World newspaper way back when.
Let’s get together. Talk about life and love and experiences. Catch up with old friends. Recall funny memories and favorite teachers. We look forward to reconnecting with you.
