New Students & Re-enrollment Forms

Southern Tier Catholic School/Archbishop Walsh Academy requires all in-coming students (freshmen and upper class transfers) to follow a formal admission procedure to determine their potential for success at STCS/Walsh.  If you would like more information about this process and/or to schedule a tour, please contact Mary Beth Garvin, Admissions Director, at 716-372-8122, ext. 3 or email [email protected]

Montessori Tuition Cost 2017-2018

 

New Student Admission Process:

Montessori

Southern Tier Catholic School

  • A fully completed application form and application paperwork
  • A copy of school and medical/immunization records
  • A 500-word writing sample for those entering grade 8
  • Student and parent/guardian interview with the admissions team

Archbishop Walsh Academy

  • A fully completed application form and application paperwork
  • A copy of school records from the school you are currently attending
  • A 500-word writing sample for those entering grades 9-12
  • Student and parent/guardian interview with the admissions team
 
Once all of the above information is reviewed, each student's enrollment request will be evaluated.  Students selected for admission will receive an official letter of acceptance from the Director of Admissions.  After a student is formally accepted, the following must be completed:
  • Payment of a $75 registration fee.  This fee applies to all students entering STCS/Walsh for the first time and is non-refundable.
  • Parents seeking financial aid must complete an on-line application and submit supporting documentation to Smart Tuition Aid at https//aid.smarttuition.com.
After all of the above criteria are met, the student will be formally enrolled.
 
Tuition Payment Agreements:
  • A formal and signed tuition payment agreement is required for all students attending STCS/Walsh.
  • A 4% discount is given to families paying the full net tuition by June 1st.
  • Tuition can otherwise be spread over 10 or 12 monthly installments by electronic funds transfer agreement.  The full tuition or the first tuition payment is due by June 1st.
If full payment or the first payment under a monthly plan is not received by June 1st, all financial aid may be forfeited and made available to other families.
