Montessori
- A fully completed application form and application paperwork
- Medical records
- Parent/guardian interview with the admissions team
Southern Tier Catholic School
- A fully completed application form and application paperwork
- A copy of school and medical records
- Parent/guardian interview with the admissions team
Archbishop Walsh Academy
- A fully completed application form and application paperwork
- Two letters of recommendation from non-relatives and a letter stating why you are interested in attending Archbishop Walsh Academy
- A copy of school records from the school you are currently attending
- Student and parent/guardian interview with the admissions team
