How do I start the admissions process?
To start the admissions process you must first contact the admissions office, 716.372.8122, to schedule an interview. Once the interview has been scheduled and completed you will be told what the remaining steps are in the admissions process.
How do I apply for financial aid?
For families interested in applying for financial aid you must go to http://aid.smarttuition.com and register as a new user. For families applying to Southern Tier Catholic School the Smart Tuition school code is 10963 and for Archbishop Walsh Academy it is 10924.
Does STCS/AWA offer admissions and financial aid to non-NY state residents?
Yes, STCS and AWA allow for non-ny state residents to be admitted into the school and to receive financial aid. If you are a Catholic family you will want to contact your local diocese to see if they offer subsidies for families seeking a private Catholic education.
Do I or my child(ren) have to be Catholic to attend STCS or AWA?
No, we allow students and families of all faith backgrounds to apply.
Does STCS/AWA accept transfer students?
Yes, but before a student can transfer they must complete the admissions process and be accepted for admission.
Do students have to wear uniforms?
Yes, there is a uniform policy in place for students K - 12.
